- 4poundsbeef marrow and knuckle bones
- 16.91cupswater
- 1onion, charred
- 1headgarlic, halved
- 2tablespoonssoy sauce
- 1teaspoonsesame oil
- 1pinchkosher salt
- 4ounceskosher ramen noodles
- 12ouncesseared beef brisket or short rib, thinly sliced
- 4scallions, sliced
- 2garlic cloves, thinly sliced and fried into chips
- 4large eggs, soft-boiled
Method

Roast bones: Preheat oven to 425°F. Roast the beef marrow and knuckle bones on a sheet pan for 40 minutes until deeply browned.
