- 115 oz can black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 0.5cupbreadcrumbs
- 0.5teaspoongarlic powder
- 0.5teaspoononion powder
- 0.5teaspoonof paprika
- 0.5teaspoonssalt
- pinch of black pepper
- Cooking spray for the pan
- 0.5cupmushrooms (chopped (about 6 large baby bella mushrooms))
- optional: all of your favorite burger toppings :)
